Precise CO2 Control

Based on the proven thermal-conductivity testing method, a reliable CO2 measuring sensor is installed to measure and control the concentration of CO2 gas in the chamber, which ensures long-term stability of PH-values, even in the lower CO2 range.

Microprocessor Control

All control functions and data are controlled and monitored by a microprocessor. If a failure happens, the microprocessor will give out warning messages and "Error Code" messages.

 

 

 

 

                   AF151UV

Heating System

Unique direct heating and air jacket system maintain the inner chamber at a constant and stable temperature. This allows our incubators to operate under a perfect temperature / humidity environment and to maintain appropriate osmotic pressure in cells. The inner chamber is surrounded by a layer of insulation material, which prevents the incubator's temperature from dropping too fast during a certain case of power failure. The out door of the unit is also heated and the heating can be switched off separately if necessary. Also, it eliminates condensation on the interior glass door.

 

Reliable Temperature Control

High grade temperature sensor made of platinum (Pt1000), together with the micro-processor controller ensures accurate and reliable temperature measurement and control. Thus, the incubators can offer a reliable temperature control within the control range from RT+5 to 50. Even more, an independent temperature sensor for over-temperature protection is installed for double controlling. It will take over the temperature controlling function if the main temperature controller fails.

 

High Humidity

The incubators operate at a high relative humidity. This protects samples from drying out and maintains the appropriate osmotic pressure in cells, which is ideal for long-term cultures.

"Auto-start" Function

Through "auto-start" function, the incubators will set up an accurate culture environment when the incubators are turned on for operation.

UV Disinfection (for AF151UV&AF212UV only)

A long life UV light is installed in the chamber to optimize contamination elimination.

Interior Design

Smooth and corrosion-resistant stainless steel surface with special designed round inner corners makes cleaning work easier.

Our new generation of CO2 Incubators

                          HF90

90 Moist Heat Disinfection

HF90 and HF240 are equipped with a new function called 90moist heat disinfection. By pressing the button of90 on the control panel, the incubator will carry on a complete circle of disinfection procedure. The incubator will increase the chamber temperature up to 90 and maintain it for 9 hours. The humidity inside the chamber will be above 80%. Then it will recover to the working parameters in about 14 hours (depending on the environment temperature). All the accessories inside the chamber like the CO2 sensor, fan and shelves are heat-resistant. The customer just need to take out the culture flasks or dishes, and the disinfection procedure will be done automatically.

 

 

                                HF240

The results of 90 Moist Heat Disinfection procedure are tested strictly according to international standards. The germ, Bacillus subtilis varietas niger spore (ATCC 9372), which is recommended for official sterilization by Ph. Eur. 97, 5.1.2 and USP 23. (3), is employed to test the result of 90_ Moist Heat Disinfection function. In average, 5.5 x 105 cfu/sample is distributed on all the surfaces of the chamber. After the disinfection procedure, all the sample areas are tested as negative and the elimination rate is 100%. The result is approved by Chinese Government Laboratory (see Form 1 as follows).

During daily applications, one of the most headache problems is called microorganism contamination inside the incubator chamber. To eliminate the contamination, normally people use manual cleaning, UV light disinfection (as AF151UV and AF 212UV), or HEPA filter filtration. However, none of them can offer a complete solution to eliminate contamination. Now, HF90 and HF240 CO2 incubators can be a new solution.

            HF90 (3-pieces inner glass door)

 

HF 90 CO2 incubator is equipped with a set of 3-pieces inner glass door as standard offer in each unit. It means that besides the one piece of interior glass door, there is still a set of 3-pieces inner glass door, just opposite to 3 shelves inside the chamber.

It can greatly help the customer to reduce influence to the culture environment inside the chamber when the door is opened frequently. At least, two thirds of the door area will not be opened if the customer is just moving flasks or dishes on one shelf. Then, less temperature and gas will be lost, After closing the door; the culture environment will recover back to setting points very fast.
